In today's world, how many of us are debt free?

We could be in debt in areas such as credit card debt, hire purchase debt, student loans and others.

The financial and psychological burden of being in debt causes us and our families continuous emotional stress. That stress eats away at the quality of our lives and leaves us feeling powerless, angry, depressed and helpless.

So, what should we do in order to getting out of debt? Here are some of the ways.

- Track our expenses
- Negotiate better interest rates and payment terms
- create debt payment system (pay off the highest interest rate debts first
- do our budgeting
- don't spend future money

Resign from Lecturing

I've been lecturing for almost 5 years since i graduated from local college. Lecturing Diploma IT course is my first job. It's quite a relax job. of course, i gonna prepare lots of quiz questions / exam draft / ...and mark hundreds of papers every semester. well, teaching is actually an enjoyable job for me.

Apart from normal lecturing, i also conduct corporate training from time to time. This helps me to get to know more people in the corporate world.

The relationships among my colleagues and I are very fantastic. We shared our sorrow and our joy. Singing our favourite songs together is our everyday business. We are like brothers and sisters.This is also the place where I learn a lot of BM language.

3 days to go ....then i will leave this job and pursue the next milestone of my life. So i really hope everybody is happy and all the best!

God's way to Wealth Building

This morning we went to the sunday service as usual. Our pastor shared about what God says about getting wealthy. actually the bible is pretty clear about it. According to the Malachi 3:10,

Bring the tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, "says the LORD Almighty," and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessings that you will not have room enough for it.

so we must obey God's words and follow the Bible teachings. This is the verse whereby God is asking us to "test" Him.

May be as human we will have some sought of thinking that..."oh no, we don't have enough even for our own, how can we still give?"

From God's point of view, He is the One that created this world, so we should actually trust in HIM. Because we lack, so we give.
