The Google Way

After finish listening to the audio book – The Google Story. I started dreaming to work at Google. I am really admire the way Google give freedom to its employees for creativities and flexibilities.

In Google, employees may only need to put 70% of time in their assigned tasks and the rest of time, they may spend it on working their subject of interests. When the idea of your personal works become more solid, then you can present to the management team to start a official project that may benefit Google at last.

For day-to-day working environment, Google provides its employees free food, free recreations, fitness, and many others services (including daycare center if you have kids). All these services can provide a “no-worry, just have fun and work” environment for everyone. Only in this working environment, more creative ideas would be born.
