Planning for Investment

Hi friends, I was pretty busy recently and seldom blog here. Now I am back. I attended a 3-day Real Estate seminar at Durham, NC last weekend. It was a huge learning experience for me. As you know, I have little knowledge about real estate. I learnt a lot in this seminar. I believe most of the participants also have the same feeling as me.

This made me think carefully of my direction of life. Many of us are working a 9-5 job. In order to get out of the so called "Rat Race", something have to be done! We played the Cash Flow game several times. Well, this was my first time to play the Cash Flow game. Wow, I learnt a lot about cash flow via the fun and analytical game with other participants.

The seminar taught me how to ask for credit card limit increase, lower down interest rate, etc. This is a whole new experience for me. Guess what? I managed to increase my credit card limit. Also, I did learnt the importance of credit score.

Investment is one of the ways for us to get out of rat race. Well, we need to take more education before we go out to invest.
