Research Triangle Park, NC

RTP is located among the triangle area of three major cites in NC, which are Raleigh, Durham, and Cary. Even though it is not a city by itself, RTP carries its own postal code.

In this area, there are many high tech and pharmaceutical research industries are located here. For instance, the giant IBM and Lenovo have their headquater over in RTP. It is surroundsed with the RDU (Raleigh Durham International Airport) and famous university like Duke University. The business and government are working very hard to attract more intelligent personnel coming to this area.

When I were in this area, I did some study on the real properties in RTP and its surrounding cities. I found out that the real estate property value is still reasonable low, and most importantly, it has a great potential to grow higher and higher, if the government and business are able to attract more high tech investor and intelligent personnel to move into RTP.

If you have noticed how the real estate grow so rapidly in the Silicon Valley area like Santa Clara. You may properly will predict that the real estate in RTP may climb up with the same pattern too when the coming of Bio-Tech era in the next 10 years.
